Meet Our Trustees and the Team

The planning and day-to-day running of the work is undertaken by a Rwandan team of project managers. They are well qualified and experienced, and their commitment and understanding of the local context are fundamental to the success of our work. Their work is supported by the UK Operations Director.

We are governed by a small Board of Trustees. They are responsible for appointing the Chief Executive Officer and for guiding the strategy and direction of the charity. The Trustees have a wide range of experience and expertise, and all have visited Rwanda on at least one occasion.
